Mark Pessia

The Carpet Store is a family owned and operated flooring only retail store. My name is Mark Pessia and I began working in the flooring business in  1985.  I learned early-on that when I leave a home where I installed flooring, I was  also leaving my signature and ‘seal of approval’ regarding the work that was  done.  I’ve built a solid reputation for professionalism and still believe that  the installation is the most important aspect of our responsibilities.    I wasn’t sure how a third flooring store might survive in this small  community, but have come to find over the last 8 years that people have  expressed a great enthusiasm for their pleasant experiences here. We also decided early-on that unfortunately, things are going to happen that  are beyond our control, so we combat complications by communicating with our customers after the sale and make it a priority to provide  them with any further service or product they may need.
